Study on Rheological Characteristics of Uncemented Coal Gangue-Fly Ash Backfill (UCGFB) Slurry Based on Fractal Theory

In order to explore the influence of gradation and concentration on rheological parameters uncemented coal gangue-fly ash backfill (UCGFB) slurry, based fractal theory, particle size distribution mixture gangue fly under different mixing ratios are analyzed in this paper. On basis, UCGFB slurry studied a numerical simulation transportation is also carried out. The results show that (1) dimension can well characterize grading characteristics mixtures, larger dimension, more fine particles material. (2) 2.628 critical point, when greater than or equal 2.628, content meet requirements. by adjusting reach good state. (3) When reaches 79%, no matter how changes, at high level. (4) paper, average pressure loss per unit length pipeline between 3000–8000 Pa for with ratios, minimum value 3070 maximum 7697 Pa. Moreover, bend straight pipe.
